Fruit parfaits are a delicious end of summer treat and a perfect way to use the last harvests of fresh peaches. They make a delicious dessert or breakfast treat. These parfaits are very easy to make and are a pretty dessert to serve to guests. Kids and adults won’t be able to wait to dig in!
To make these yummy desserts, prepare vanilla instant pudding according to the directions. We made a small box of instant pudding to make 4 servings.
Crush vanilla shortbread cookies with the base of a glass to create a fine crumble.
Cut up fresh peaches or nectarines into thin slices and rinse off a handful of fresh (or frozen) blueberries.
Alternate layers of pudding, vanilla cookie crumbles, and fresh fruit in a pretty glass. Top with more fruit and extra cookie crumbles. You can prepare these before the meal and refrigerate them for later. Enjoy!
Breakfast Fruit Parfaits
Make fruit parfaits for breakfast by swapping out the pudding with vanilla yogurt and the cookie crumbles with granola. Healthy and delicious!
