These mini apple pies are just as easy to make as a regular apple pie.

To make mini apple pies, just whip up a batch of pie crust dough and assemble the mini pie crusts in a muffin tin. If you don’t want to fill the muffin tin all the way, pour 1/2 inch of water into all the empty spots before baking.

We love apple pi and these would be perfect to have on the buffet table for Christmas. They look delicious.
