I know all too well, traveling or running errands with young kids can feel overwhelming. Because of that, having the right stroller makes all the difference. I truly love our Joovy Caboose Ultralight stroller. It helps us get out the door with confidence. Even better, it makes everyday adventures easier and more enjoyable.

After my third child was born, leaving the house felt intimidating. Managing a newborn and two toddlers is no small task. Still, I knew we needed fresh air and family outings to mix up our days. The best solution was simple, keep everyone contained and comfortable. The Joovy Caboose Ultralight stroller made that possible.
Sometimes my oldest walks. Other times, both of my little ones happily sit in the stroller. This stroller feels streamlined and easy to manage. Best of all, it fits two kids without feeling bulky. It’s quickly become an essential stroller for errands, outings, and family adventures.
Ultralight and Compact Stroller
The name truly says it all. This stroller is lightweight and compact. When we took it out of the box, assembly was quick and straightforward. My husband Andy attached the wheels, snapped on the front tray, and added the optional second seat. That extra seat has been incredibly helpful with two young riders.
Folding the stroller is just as easy. It collapses smoothly and fits well in our car’s trunk. Even with extra bags, it doesn’t take up much space. A compact stroller matters when you’re packing for kids.

The Joovy Caboose Ultralight is easy to assemble.

The Joovy Caboose Ultralight also fits compactly in the back of a car.
Joovy Caboose Ultralight Highlights
- Sealed bearing wheels for smooth maneuvering
- Large canopy with plenty of headroom
- Rear canopy extension for back seat coverage
- Spacious storage basket
- Parent organizer with cup holders and a zippered pocket
Because of these features, the stroller works well in many settings. We’ve used it around town, on vacations, and even at the airport. It handles pavement and light gravel best. For exploring malls, zoos, and museums with your kids, it’s a great family travel essential.
My baby rides comfortably in the front seat. Meanwhile, my active toddler loves the back seat or standing platform. With the optional seat installed, both kids face forward and can recline. That makes naps on the go much easier.
When we visited the zoo, my little guy relaxed in the back while his sisters explored. At the children’s museum, we remove the back seat. That way, my toddler can hop on and off as needed. This flexibility is one of my favorite features.

Go on Family Adventures
Easily getting out of the house makes a big difference, especially with young kids. Staying home too long can make everyone restless. That’s why we prioritize small adventures.
With the right gear, exploring feels doable. We visit local spots, meet friends, and make memories together. Ultimately, I want our kids to grow up loving exploration. Even if it includes snacks, stroller naps, and a slower pace.
The Joovy Caboose Ultralight stroller helps make that possible. It supports our family as we create, play, and travel together.

This is such a smart design for a stroller. Definitely looks like a lifesaver
Baby #3 is due in May and I am NOT ready. My husband and I were against getting a big huge bulky stroller. i didn’t even know they made compact double strollers. This is so cute! and ergonomic. My husband is deployed often so “LIGHT” is super appealing. Having to… Read more »
I’ve heard of these, they sound great!
I agree that it’s so important to let our kids experience the local flavor. And those crepes looked amazing. I’m sure my daughter and I would love that place.
I used to have one of these and it was great. It did fall apart after two years of abuse, but I think that’s pretty good for a stroller. I actually miss it’s relative turning ease and lightness compared the one we have now. The only issue I had with… Read more »
What a great stroller. I’ve been thinking about getting the kick stand for ours, but I like how lightweight this stroller looks. I’ll have to check it out.
That is just the cutest doggone stroller I have ever seen. Love the color and how lightweight it seems. You’ve got it made with that thing!
We love our joovy! I can actually fit my 5 yr old and 3 year old snuggling in the back seat (both pretty slim) and the infant in the front.
This stroller is so cute, I wish to get one
